Tiziano Marasco
Tiziano Marasco was born in Udine (Italy) but has been living in Prague since 2010. He initially attended painting and drawing courses in 2004, where he mostly learnt the oil technique and then started developing his own way of painting on black canvas. After his move to Czechia he switched to acrylic painting and started experimenting with mix-media techniques. His main artistic focus has gradually fallen on the metaphysical components of the urban landscape, with a recognizable personal style that has evolved considerably over the years, and moving from classic views of historic city centres to the liminal atmospheres of suburban landscapes.
