DSA Trader Obligations

In accordance with the DSA, Artillies fulfils its obligations as a provider of intermediary services by:

  • Verifying Trader Information: We collect your name, address, contact details, and any relevant business registration information when you create an account (Artist or Venue).
  • Transparency: We provide clear and accessible information about our terms of service, privacy policy, and fees.
  • Notice and Takedown: We have procedures in place for users to report illegal content or activity on the App. We will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or terminating the user's account.
  • Cooperation with Authorities: We would cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities to investigate and address illegal activity on the App.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services you request. We will also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children's Privacy
